The estate at Dunsmore dates back to 1211. The barn came later, built in the 16th century from the stone that surrounds it, and it has stood at the heart of the farm ever since.
Over the centuries it has stored harvests, sheltered animals, and watched the seasons turn. The arrow slit windows and the 5m vast doors, wide enough for horses and carriages to pass through, are all still here.
