The Sloe Barn sits at the heart of our family estate, just a short walk from our home and only 6 miles from Exeter, Mid Devon.

James and his father farm the land together, and Hayley brings a designer's eye to every detail. Originally restored for a family wedding, The Sloe Barn quickly became a place too special to keep to ourselves.

We choose to only host a select number of weddings each year, allowing us to offer a personal and attentive experience. We are there on the day, quietly ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

When the celebrations are over, life on the estate continues. Gardens are tended, animals are cared for and the hedgerows provide their seasonal bounty as the countryside shifts through the year.
